Our client, a highly regarded and established superannuation organisation, is seeking an experienced Advice Service Officer to join their excellent team based in Rockhampton. This is a pivotal support role, working closely with Financial Advisers to deliver high-quality, compliant and member-focused advice services. You will coordinate the end-to-end advice support process, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance and an exceptional customer experience. The Opportunity Working collaboratively with Advisers and internal teams, you will: Manage member and employer enquiries (phone and in-person) Support Advisers in preparing Statements of Advice (SOAs) Prepare and collate documentation required to implement advice Coordinate and oversee implementation of advice recommendations Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure accurate record keeping Conduct proactive member follow-ups as part of service campaigns Ensure all service standards, compliance obligations and regulatory requirements are met Identify and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives This role requires strong attention to detail, confidence in communicating financial information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a structured and compliance-driven environment. About You To be successful, you will bring: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage competing deadlines Strong problem-solving capability A professional, calm and member-focused approach RG146 qualification (preferred); however, candidates without accreditation will be supported to obtain it. Experience within superannuation and/or financial advice (desirable - not essential) You are proactive, highly organised and genuinely committed to delivering quality outcomes for members.
